1. THUNDER GATE s.r.o., Ráječek 1600/22, 789 01 Zábřeh, Czech Republic, IČ 053445, registered at the Krajský soud v Ostrava, Section C, insert 67178 processes the following personal data in case of your demand for services within the meaning of Act No 101/2000 Sb., on the protection of personal data:

1. first and last name
2. email address
3. phone

2. Your name, surname, email address and phone must be processed in order to create a service offer, negotiate such an offer, or answer any questions you may have. Such processing is permitted by ust. § 5(2) of the Sixth Directive. 2(b) of the Privacy Act. These personal data will be processed by THUNDER GATE s.r.o. for the duration of the contract negotiations between you and THUNDER GATE s.r.o., up to 1 year from your demand, unless you give consent for further processing.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by THUNDER GATE s.r.o. a personal data controller, but personal data can also be processed for this company by other processors. Providers of processing software, services and applications, but these are not currently used by the company.

4. Please note that under the Privacy Act you have the right to:

• to ask us for information on what personal data you are processing,

  request access to these data from us and have these updated or corrected,
• require us to delete this personal data – but this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations
